Dreams

His dreams were shattered,
When it mattered.

He still remembers the day,
When he got his first pay,
It was a great day,
That day and today.

Things changed a lot,
He went through a lot,
And in the end he lost the plot.
His plot of being successful,

His company incurred a loss,
His dreams went for a toss
Wasn't it very gross?

He started working on new skills,
After all he has to pay bills,
He has hope,
Almighty has given him a rope.

Rope to climb once again,
Dream once again.
He is making a fresh start,
He will hit bullseye on dart.

He will never quit,
He will make his life superhit.
He will fulfill all his dreams,
And will let his life gleam.

Its Grey

Grey colour sometimes signifies colourless, faceless and uninterested. It is very interesting though how we judge things in only black and white. Where is the colour grey my friend?

Andy is smart and hardworking. He is working in an MNC for last 5 years. In his tenure, he has seen three bosses. He didn't develop good rapport with any of them. One of his boss, pushed him hard and always used to assign challenging tasks. Andy ponders why my boss is allocating his share of work without realizing the fact that his boss wants him to develop new skills. His boss sees Andy as a future leader. It is here Andy should have developed another perspective and notice the grey side.

Abhijeet and Abhik are good friends. Abhijeet always asks Abhik to come and party with him over the weekend. Abhik hardly obliges as he is not financially well off. Rohan considers him to be a miser. Alas, had Rohan seen a different outlook (grey) he would have understood situation better.

The guy whom you labelled rude is actually undergoing through a broken marriage. The woman whom you tagged workaholic is the sole bread earner of her family. The boss you considered arrogant is having his own set of problems and undergoing mid managerial level crisis. Judging is pretty easy but understanding other's situation is difficult. I, too have judged things in black and white. I regretted it later.

So, my dear friends lets develop a new perspective and stop dissecting things only in chalk and cheese. Let’s try to witness grey areas. After all life is not binary and lets be a visionary by observing the grey.

Corporate and life lessons from MSD Trailer

M S Dhoni is a living legend, there is no iota of doubt in it. His impact is such that for first time in history a movie is being made on sportsmen who is still enjoying his/her playing days.
1) “Acha goalkeeping karta hai tu, cricket khelega”: Surely, tells in this country only attractive sport (read money wise) is cricket. With boost from IPL style leagues other sports are also getting momentum though. Many time in corporate industry we are too deeply focused in one area and forget potential of other areas especially upcoming ones. We need to have bigger horizon to capitalize on array of opportunities
2) “Khel khud apne jaga but padhoge likhoge toh kisi layak banaoge”: Concern of every goddamn Indian parent. We seriously need to come out of it and start supporting your child dreams. Again, we think that there is only one approach to become successful. But, today's era demand out of box thinking and unconventional approach to become successful
3) “Sir aaj open kare, weak team ke saath run banna ke kya fyada”: Tells character of youngster who want to become best by beating the best. Unless, you crack hard deals, you won't establish your credibility. To become best, you have to compete and rather beat the best.
4) “Pass jitna ho jayega and running to catch train”: Balancing studies and his love (cricket). This tells us about work life balance. Also, one need to focus on current skills/work but also need to brush up and develop his potential on upcoming and his area of interest.
5) “Dhoni koi Tendulkar nahi, Dhoni Dhoni hai:” Giving deserving person one opportunity.
And one which nails it
6) "Baba woh kharagpur mein job ke security mein padh gaye na, toh hum aage kuch na kar payenge:" Follow your passion and take your chances. Unless, you take your chance you won't win. Go and get it.

Ek Dewaana Tha

I held your hand, when everyone was against you. I wiped your tears, when everyone was cause of your tears. But when you got everything, you left me aside. You were my everything but how I became your nothing??

This was the last message send by my friend Rohit to his girlfriend Nikita. I had never imagine that such a cute couple will have such a tragic end.

These dates back to long time ago when we were in college. Rohit was one of my best buddies. From submitting last moment assignments to playing pranks or doing ragging to fighting for a social cause, we always rubbed shoulder together. I still remember how we had made our college proud by winning so many inter college tournaments. We were called rockstar duo of the college, ahead in sports as well as in studies.

Cut to second year, I was actively involved in interacting with juniors. But, Rohit was against ragging so he had joined anti ragging committee’s was also against ragging but always believed that there should be healthy interaction between juniors and seniors. After all being the torchbearer(hahaaaaaaaa) of this college that’s my responsibility. I remembered a girl was sitting in the corner of a classroom trying to hide from the so called ragging. But who could have been saved from my barbarian eyes. I asked her to stand up and give her introduction. She was apprehensive and in order to make her relaxed I touched her shoulders and she got more tensed. In between Rohit came and stopped me and that put him into her good books (I didn't know in which book I was lying!!!) He took me out of class and told me she was friend of his cousin, so he wants to protect her. I said protect from me, do I look like a debaucher? He said, yes you do. At that moment I realise my friend has feeling for her.

They became good friends and Nikita also realised I was not dangerous at all. She told me you are just a frustrated guy which is a syndrome of studying in all boys’ school. I asked her do you have a sister or cousin like you? My jokes and pranks continued while they were getting serious with each other. Rohit was now devoting more time to her rather than sports and studies.

One day three of us were watching a reality show  Zodies in DTV. I was saying them all these reality shows are rigged and explain them how they do it only for publicity. Nikita opposed by saying all are not rigged and at least not his favourite show Zodies. I had an altercation with her and challenged her to take part in reality shows. I didn't know my challenge will change our lives.

In  a month time there was a modelling contest in a reality show, Nikita wanted to take part in it. I told her don't do it for challenge but she told me it was not for my challenge but her dream. Girls, more you argue with them more you lose your hair, I had given up. But twist in the story came when her family opposed this idea. Her conservative family was strictly against modelling and her dad looked like Amrish puri when I first saw him. I was thinking is my friend life too filmy and seriously I don't want to give my life for their happy ending. I persuaded both Rohit and Nikita to be realistic and stop this dream. But they didn't hear any of my suggestions.

Nikita needed 50,000 rupees for portfolio on the basis of which contestants would have been shortlisted. She told she could manage only 10,000 rupees. Rohit had 10,000 in his bank account. They turned towards me I too had only 10,000 rupees which I had collected over the years just to take my hotshot dates out. Rohit decided to sell his bike and he somehow arranged the remaining money. Nikita and Rohit both got emotional over this and exchanged a kiss and I got a token of friendship(pats on my back). Here I also reminded Nikita that after winning the modelling competition it’s her responsibility to lookout for a model girl for me. We had a great laugh.

Portfolio done and now was the turn to convince Amrish Puri aka Nikita's dad. We tried a hell lot but nothing constructive happened. It was tough time for Nikita. Her parental pressure was too much as they also sensed her relationship with Rohit. In this crisis time Rohit took care of Nikita. He was her source of inspiration and shoulders on which she wiped her tears. Yeah man girls cries a lot. Finally, Nikita decided to leave his home to pursue her dream.

Cut to the competition, Nikita performed extremely well and won the competition. It was dream come true for us. Rohit went to the airport to receive her. He was very elated. But soon he realised she was behaving differently.

After few days, she stopped receiving our calls and refused to meet us. She indicated Rohit that this was the time to move on. She told him that they can’t have future together. Actually success had hit her head. Unable to bear all of this Rohit went into depression, I tried hard to make him come out of depression but it was fruitless. I was also shocked badly. For me they were the best and cutest couple in town. I knew people change but so fast and so easily, I could not believe.
Here, I am taking my friend Rohit to hospital after he jumped from roof of his building and pouring thoughts on how people change and don't value others emotions. His last message still hovering around my mind: I held your hand, when everyone was against you. I wiped your tears, when everyone was cause of your tears. But, when you got everything, you left me aside. You were my everything but how I became your nothing, nothing nothing............

Mein Berozgaar

Mein berozgaar tha,
Mein khud ke kya,
kisi ke kaam nahi aa raha tha,
Magar ek din ek machar ne mera khoon choosa

Meine usse maara nahi,
Nahi usse bhagaya,
Meine socha: kam se kam
Aaj kisi ke toh mein kaam aaya.

Usdin se meine apni soch badli,
Mein ab logo ke kaam aane ko,
Apna rozgaar samjta tha,
Mein phir kabhi berozgaar nahi raha,
Mein phir kabhi berozgaar nahi raha.

Fiction(fantasy) story for dove Competition

Today, is my birthday and I am taking two of my most important women in my life out for dinner. One is my mom and other is my girlfriend Natasha.Although both women have many similar qualities but one that stands out are their beautiful hairs. Both have straight, silky, long, beautiful hair which is due to their similar shampoo which is dove. But this was not the case previously.

I met Natasha in the college. When I and my friends first saw her,my first reaction was that "Boys  this girl has a awesome looks ". I still remember one of my not so happening friend had saliva oozing out of his mouth. But one thing that disappointed us was that her hair was like a broom. With the fate of destiny,I also founded that broom had dust particles named dandruff and itchy scalps.

While dating her,I founded her hair annoying as it had lot of dandruff and even hair falls.I ask her that does she only take care of her face and body and not her hair?I was amazed to hear  brands of shampoo she was using ,those were doing her hair harm rather than good. And every now and then we had fight about it.I once joked that patients doesn't need anesthesia ,they can smell her hair. This made her furious. After ,half hour of my persuasion, she dropped her anger. We had kisses and left for homes, the respective ones naughty readers. She left by her car and I  by my sexy pulsar.

But, while riding the bike. I had accident and my face specially eyes were badly hurt. I was taken to   hospital by some noble strangers. My dad, mom and my girlfriend Natasha all came to hospital. With, stitches on my eyes I was not able to  make out who was standing where. But ,eggish smell of Natasha's hair helped me recognized her.

This was the first time my mom met her prospective daughter in law.Thankfully, they bonded well. But mom was not happy with Natasha's hair.Natasha wanted to turn her hair beautiful and silky to surprise me.So, she decided to go to my house. She discussed her hair problems with my mom.My mom told her to use Dove shampoo. Most of her problems were gone within a week.

Next week,my eyes stiches were going to open. I was happy that finally I will be able to see. I opened my eyes, firstly I wanted to check out the nurse who was helping me during my stay  at hospital.I was sad to see that she was not present .I saw Natasha instead ,my jaws dropped in amazement she had a make over and I had a hang over seeing her.Wow, her hair had became silky and beautiful all of a sudden,The babe had turned more beautiful and her man was more than happy.I was about to hug her and proceed further but my dad coughed.I realized my hospital cabin was filled with more persons.I touched  my parents feet .Very next moment I told them to please give us  a few seconds with my girlfriend. They obliged. Then ,I had a tight hug.Our love grew by leaps and bounds. This is how our life changed with dove.

Travelling in a bus is such such a nice experience

My Horrifying experience has compelled me to write this article.I lost my purse, thanks to pickpocketing.More than skill of pickpocketer ,I blame myself because I was lost in eyes of a beautiful girl.I was singing :

"I get lost, in your eyes
And I feel my spirits rise
And soar like the wind
Is it love that I am in?"

And comes a scream dada thaka din(Brother give me money) by conductor. what d beep, I felt.I put hand in my back pocket, unable to find purse I pinch myself in the same back pocket area for realising what a mistake has been done.Thankfully I keep some money at other place and that  at least save my face.

To vent my anger out here goes the satire:

First and foremost you get entire massage on your body by fellow passengers. From your face to toe be assured you will get crushed. When you tell  fellow passengers to adjust they say What I will do , pressure is coming from back.I feel I dont care and  put the pressure back and exclaim innocently pressure is coming from front what I will do.Although  ,it feels good when a girl  fell over,You must be thinking what kind of jerk he is(enjoying a woman  who is in helpless condition) but let me tell you 99% of man feel like this.If you belong to other 1%, either you are a hypocrite or travel in other side of boat(Section 377)

Secondly this cheap transport help you save money not just because it is cheaper from many other transport mediums but also due to various other reasons. You never need to iron your clothes and polish your shoes.Because after travelling in a bus you clothes will be crumpled and shoe will be unpolished. So you see you save daily expenditure by at least 15  bucks. In a year that is nearly 5500 bucks.Men thats a huge sum  and that should pump you to travel in bus.

Thirdly,in villages I have seen people travelling with lot of cattle, dogs and other animals. So bus teaches us equality and be on par with animals.Does anybody shouted cattle class or business class here?

Another advantage of buses is that you can easily get flu or another “modern” virus that spreads itself by droplets such as sneeze, cough etc.You also become immune to suffocation.

There are many times when you hardly make to your destined place in right time.Another problem is rash driving by bus drivers.Time and again you hear accident caused by these creatures.

So work hard and earn that much money so that your mother, sister and wife dont have to travel in bus.
